The Cecil County 4-H Horse Program invites 4-H members between the ages of 8 and 18 years, as well as Cloverbuds (ages 5-7 years), to enjoy participating in many events including Horse Fun Day, Breeder's Fair Horse Show, Horse Hoopla Camp, Cecil County Fair Herdsman, Cecil County Fair Horse Shows, and our annual Goblin Gallop fundraiser. With an educational emphasis on safety, horsemanship, stable management, and good sportsmanship, our 4-H youth experience hands-on learning in many facets of the equestrian world.
